Q. Initially, will you be submitting multiple designs?

During the initial phase of the project we can offer you 2 design concepts (the exact quantity will be agreed before the start of work). Then the work will be continued on the chosen concept.

Q. What are your payment terms and accepted payment methods?

Our standard payment terms require 50% up front but you always can discuss your individual payment schedule with our manager.

Q. Do you use templates in your work?

We always create our design from scratch and we always take into account the site’s future target audience, customer’s requirements and wishes, industry tendencies and other information. So you see with such approach we can’t use templates. Although we have had some customers who required templates for their purposes.

Q. Do you provide hosting services?

We don’t provide customers with hosting, usually the hosting services are rendered by Internet providers or by special companies, not by developers of sites. But we can handle this problem for you and find the most suitable hosting company and plan.
